Trust & Privacy FAQ

Last updated: 2026-07-02.

A plain-language companion to our Terms and Privacy Policy. It is not a contract; those documents govern if anything conflicts.

Do you use my conversations and uploads to improve Quantesta?

We may use your prompts, uploads, and Quantesta’s answers to operate and improve the Service — for example, to evaluate quality and develop features. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising, and the providers that generate your answers process them under contracts that limit their use.

Who can see my conversations?

They’re tied to your account and used to run the Service. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising, and access is limited to what’s needed to operate, secure, and support the Service. We share content with the service providers that run it under contracts limiting their use, and otherwise only as our Privacy Policy describes (for example, when the law requires it).

How accurate is Quantesta? Can I rely on it?

It runs on experimental AI and third-party data and can be wrong — inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Treat it as a fast, sourced starting point, not the final word, and verify anything important before acting.

Is Quantesta investment advice?

No.Quantesta is a finance-scoped research, education, and information tool. You shouldn’t rely on it for advice of any kind — investment, financial, legal, or tax — and its answers are not a substitute for a qualified, licensed professional. Do your own due diligence before acting on anything it produces.

How do I delete my data?

Delete any conversation in Settings, or email quantesta@quantesta.com to delete your whole account; we remove it within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or security reasons.

How is payment handled, and can I get a refund?

A third-party processor handles payments; we never store your full card number. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel in Settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise — the one exception is that if we discontinue the Service, we refund any prepaid, unused time. See the Terms.

What rights do I have over my data?

Depending on your state (e.g., California), you can access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising, so there’s nothing you need to opt out of. Email quantesta@quantesta.com.

Who operates Quantesta?

Quantesta, Inc., a Delaware company. For anything — privacy, billing, or support — email quantesta@quantesta.com.
