Both plans include up to 1,000 analysis credits in any rolling 30-day window. A Dave answer costs 1 credit; a Sam or Deb answer costs 20. The selector shows each analyst’s cost, and the 30-day credits meter at the bottom of the sidebar tracks where you stand.
The window rolls continuously — no monthly reset day. Usage from 31 days ago simply stops counting. In practice, 1,000 credits is roomy for full-time daily use on Dave; heavy Sam or Deb use is what draws it down.
On the pricing page, open Manage subscription — the secure billing portal handles cancel, monthly↔annual switches, and payment details. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable — including partial periods and unused time. One exception: if we discontinue the Service entirely, we refund any prepaid, unused portion. The Terms govern.
Accounts are email + password. Password reset is self-serve from the sign-in page; email verification is the account-recovery path. For anything the portal doesn’t solve: quantesta@quantesta.com.
