Report a wrong answer

A trust-first product needs a working correction loop. If Quantesta gives you a wrong number, a broken chart, or an answer that misrepresents its sources, here is how to get it to us.

In the product

Use the downvote action under the answer. Votes are attached to the exact answer, so we can reconstruct what was fetched and computed when we review.

By email — for anything that matters

Write to quantesta@quantesta.com. The most useful report includes:

• What you asked (or roughly when, so we can find the chat)
• The claim or number you believe is wrong
• What you expected instead, and your source if you have one

What happens next

We trace the answer back through its data calls and computations to find where it went wrong — a data issue, a method issue, or a model issue — and fix what is fixable on our side. Product-level fixes show up in the changelog.
